Finances: Mark, an IT student, balances his studies with freelance work. After unexpected expenses disrupted his budget, he’s now borrowing money to cover rent and is looking for strategies to stabilize his finances while managing his academic and freelance commitments.
Career Development: Andrea, a recent Business Administration graduate, is actively job hunting but facing a slow response rate. While refining her resume and volunteering to build experience, she’s contemplating whether to adjust her approach to enhance her chances in the competitive job market.

Crafting Solutions Together

Participants outlined the journey of their user personas, starting from how they would discover the application they designed, to how they would use it, and ultimately, what the goal of the application was. This process was crucial in understanding the user experience from start to finish.
