All users must respect the designated purposes of the spaces and refrain from activities that may disrupt others. Business hours are from 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Personal belongings must be secured by their owners. The Company is not liable for theft or loss. Cleanliness is a shared responsibility. Users must dispose of their garbage in designated bins and leave spaces tidy after use. Food and beverages are allowed in designated areas only and must not cause disturbances or leave strong odors. Fire exits and safety equipment must remain unobstructed at all times. Any damage to property must be reported immediately and repaired or compensated by the responsible party. Pets, solicitations, and unauthorized advertising are prohibited. Users must follow the operator's instructions during fire drills or emergencies. Non-compliance may result in membership termination. Children must be supervised at all times. Weapons, illicit substances, and other dangerous items are banned on the premises. Members may not use The Company’s branding, logo, or name without prior written approval. Members are encouraged to minimize waste, use recycling bins, and conserve energy while using the facilities. Terms and Conditions for Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces These terms govern the use of meeting rooms and event spaces at The Company Cebu. Designed for business and social gatherings, the spaces provide a professional and collaborative environment. 1. Booking and Usage Policies Reservations must be made using the official booking form and confirmed within one week to secure the date. If a booking is done beyond office hours, an additional rate will be added on top of your bill. Provisional bookings without confirmation will be released after one week. Event space capacity limits must be adhered to for safety and comfort. Fire exits and extinguishers must remain accessible at all times. Clients are responsible for attendee conduct, and disruptive behavior may result in termination of the event without a refund. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required upon receipt of the booking invoice. Extensions beyond the agreed schedule will incur an additional 15% surcharge on the hourly rate. Cancellation fees: 100% charge for same-day cancellations. 80% charge for cancellations within 5 days of the event. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at least 5-7 days before the event. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made less than 5 days prior. The Company Cebu may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, providing a full refund. 4. Liability and Responsibility Clients are liable for damages to furniture or equipment and must pay for repairs immediately. The Company Cebu is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property. All attendees must register with the reception for security purposes. 5. Amendments and Termination These terms may be revised by The Company Cebu at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes through official communication. The Company Cebu reserves the right to terminate agreements for non-compliance or misconduct. 7. Additional Meeting Room & Event Space Provisions Setup and Clean-Up: Clients are responsible for setting up and cleaning the space within their booking time. Additional charges will apply for clean-up services if not completed by the client. Alcohol Use: Alcohol may be permitted for certain events, but it requires prior written approval and may incur an additional deposit. AV Equipment: Usage of audio-visual equipment must be pre-arranged, and training will be provided upon request. Terms and Conditions for Co-Working Spaces The co-working spaces at The Company Cebu provide a shared work environment for professionals and businesses. These terms govern member usage of shared desks and common areas. 1. Booking and Usage Policies Members must complete the Membership Registration Form before use. Facilities are accessible during business hours (Weekdays, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Cryptocurrency mining, network tapping, and fraudulent activities are prohibited. Members must use only designated areas and avoid disrupting others. Cleanliness is expected; members must dispose of their own garbage. 2. Payment Terms Fees are payable on the first day of each month without need of demand. Late payments incur a 15% penalty. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Memberships require a 30-day notice for cancellation; failure to notify results in penalties. Refunds are not provided for unused membership days or passes. 4. Liability and Responsibility Members are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company Cebu is not liable for theft or loss. Damages caused by members must be repaired at their expense. 5. Extended stays require guest fees. Shared Resource Etiquette: Printer and copier usage is limited to a reasonable number of pages per day; excessive use may incur additional fees. Terms and Conditions for Private Offices Private offices at The Company Cebu provide an exclusive workspace for businesses. These terms govern the use of these facilities. 1. Booking and Usage Policies Access is available 24/7 via biometric-enabled doors. Modifications to the office space require prior approval and must be restored to their original state upon vacating. Visitors are permitted during business hours only and must be logged at reception. 2. Payment Terms Fees are due on the first day of each month. Late payments incur a penalty. Additional services, such as extended air conditioning hours, are subject to additional charges. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Advance notice is required for cancellations. Failure to notify results in a penalty. Refunds are not provided for early termination. 4. Liability and Responsibility Members are liable for damages to the office and its furnishings.
