For example, if one of your goals this year is to achieve work-life balance despite the WFH situation, one habit you can develop is to slowly stop working an hour before you're supposed to stop working. Another habit that can help you achieve work-life balance is taking time to schedule the next work week every last day of the week. You can also schedule non work-related activities 30 minutes after working hours. This way, you are less likely to extend your working hours 😉
