URGENT HIRING: MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR

Generika Drugstore (Paras Franchise Stores) is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Manager or Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding family. If you have at least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience and a strong background in the pharmacy or retail industry, we want to hear from you! While industry experience is valued, it’s not necessary – we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities: As a Manager or Supervisor at Generika Drugstore, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

1. Branch Management: Oversee the operations of 6 branches located in vibrant Cebu City and the scenic North Cebu Province. Your role will require regular travel to each branch, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
2. Transaction Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits of all transaction types across the 6 branches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and supervise all staff members across the 6 branches. This includes the selection, interviewing, and training of pharmacy assistants, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
4. Marketing and Promotions: Take the lead in innovative marketing strategies and promotional activities. Drive sales growth through creative campaigns and engaging initiatives that resonate with our diverse customer base.
5. Off-site Bulk Selling: Spearhead efforts to identify and capitalize on off-site bulk selling opportunities, expanding our reach and increasing revenue streams.
