FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is The Company Makati open 24/7?

Yes and no — it depends on your membership type.

If you’re a member with a dedicated desk or private office, you’ll enjoy 24/7 access to the space. We know the creative spark doesn’t always strike between 9 to 5, so your badge will work whether you’re pulling a late-night session, arriving early for a global Zoom call, or sneaking in a quiet Sunday brainstorm.

For flexible desk users and day-pass holders, our regular operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. That’s when our friendly team is onsite to greet you, help with any needs, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Now here’s the important part: If it’s your first visit, or you’re planning to stop by on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, please make arrangements with us in advance. Our community team is offsite during weekends and holidays  and without prior approval or an activated access card, you won’t be able to enter the coworking space.

What amenities are included in the membership?

Every membership includes access to high-speed internet that keeps up with even the most demanding workflows, whether you’re editing videos, joining back-to-back calls, or pushing code live. Need to meet a client or huddle with your team? Our meeting rooms are bookable and fully equipped with everything you need to make a strong impression — from whiteboards to presentation screens.

You’ll also have access to printing, scanning, and mail handling services, so you can take care of the everyday essentials without stepping outside the building.

And because we know caffeine is often the real MVP of any workday, we provide unlimited coffee by Kape Lumad.

Can I host events or meetings at The Company Makati?

Absolutely — and here’s why it works so well. At The Company Makati, we offer meeting rooms and event spaces you can book by the hour or day which are perfect for client pitches, workshops, panel discussions, or community gatherings. Members enjoy discounted rates, starting from approximately ₱500–₱1,200 per hour, depending on room size and setup. Larger setups (for events or panels with AV needs) typically range from ₱1,800 up to ₱8,000 per hour, or flat rates for 4‑6 hour blocks or full-day reservations.
