BUILT BY PEOPLE.
DESIGNED FOR GROWTH.
From Cebu to Makati and across Asia & Hawaii, The Company is where modern teams find the space, support, and community to thrive.
At The Company, we believe the best work doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
We began in Japan with a mission to make work more human. As we expanded across Asia, we noticed a missing piece in the way people connected with their workspace. Co-working spaces often felt transactional, impersonal, and rigid. So we built something different.
When we arrived in the Philippines, we found a culture already rooted in community, creativity, and resilience. We discovered that it wasn’t just another market to expand to, it was also the right place to begin growing our co-working space. Here, we’ve created spaces where people don’t just plug in and get work done. People can also come to our spaces and feel that they belong. What we offer today is the result of years of listening, learning, and building: places where freelancers, startups, and global teams can focus on what matters—with systems that support them behind the scenes.
WHY IT MATTERS & WHERE WE ARE
The way we work is changing. But one thing hasn’t: our need for connection. At The Company, we believe that real progress happens not just in productive environments, but in human ones where people feel supported, seen, and part of something bigger.
We blend Japanese precision with Filipino warmth, creating workspaces that functionable and rich in community.
Whether you’re a founder setting up your first HQ, a global company entering Southeast Asia, or a freelancer looking for a place to belong, we’re built to grow with you.
We’re proud to operate in:
-
Cebu – Our creative home in the south, where freelancers, remote teams, and founders thrive in a startup-friendly, coastal city.
-
Makati – Our newest hub in Metro Manila’s financial district, built for scale-ups, global firms, and teams ready to grow.
-
Across Asia – With roots in Japan and a network that spans Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, we’re part of a wider movement shaping the future of work in the region.
No matter where you’re starting or where you’re headed, The Company is your partner on the ground and your platform for what’s next.
