Lost Keycard: What to Do

If you lose your keycard, let us know right away. It’s important that we deactivate the lost card immediately to keep your space and everyone else’s secure.

You can report a lost card to:

  • The front desk

  • The Community team

  • Or your Account Executive

A replacement card can be issued for a small fee, and you’ll be able to use your new card shortly after it’s programmed.

For everyone’s safety, please don’t lend your card to others or try to share access. It helps us maintain a secure environment for all members.
