The CompanyPhilippines is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team in Manila.

 Location: Makati, Manila (Partial Work-from-Home Available)
Salary: $2,500 USD/month + Bonus

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth. This position offers the opportunity to oversee critical accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support executive decision-making through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements to support strategic decision-making and business transparency.

  • Lead and coordinate audit processes, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

  • Maintain and manage financial records in QuickBooks or enterprise-level ERP systems.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.

  • Establish and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.


Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or larger ERP systems is required.

  • Strong background in audits, compliance, and internal controls.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

No. This role follows a hybrid work setup and will be based at our The Company Manila branch, located at the 11th Floor, Frabelle Business Center, Rada Street, Makati.
