The Company Philippines is looking for a Community Executive (Sales) to join our team in Cebu.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote The Company’s services and spaces through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and community members
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention
  • Plan and organize events, workshops, and networking activities that strengthen community tie.
  • Track leads, conversions, and engagement metrics to support growth targets
  • Present services and proposals confidently to secure new partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation of sales activities and community engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Confident presenting solutions and negotiating with clients
  • Creative mindset with a passion for bringing people together
  • Basic administrative and reporting skills; Canva familiarity is a plus

Is this an on-site position?

Yes. This role is on-site and based at our Cebu IT Park and Mandaue branch. You’ll be working closely with the team and our community from the office during regular business hours.

What’s the interview process like?

  1. Initial Screening: Once we receive your application, our team will review your background to see if it aligns with the role.

  2. First Interview: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited for a short conversation—either online or on-site with someone from our hiring team. This helps us learn more about your experience and gives you a chance to ask questions.

  3. Final Interview: Selected candidates will proceed to a more in-depth interview with the branch lead or department head. This may include scenario-based questions or a quick task related to the role.
