Sales Coordinator

The Company Philippines is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Makati team.

In this role, you will support our Account Managers in coordinating daily sales operations, managing client and supplier communications, and ensuring that every project — from quotation to delivery — runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining the company’s commitment to excellent client service and operational precision.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations and client coordination.
  • Handle client and supplier inquiries via email and phone in a professional, timely manner.
  • Prepare quotations, estimates, and presentations using CommonSKU.
  • Manage the order process from quotation to fulfillment, including supplier coordination and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and CommonSKU databases.
  • Follow up on pending quotations to drive sales conversions.
  • Provide regular project status updates to ensure smooth communication between teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in the promotional products industry or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in CommonSKU (required).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience supporting remote Account Managers preferred.
  • Familiarity with Australian supplier networks or international sourcing is an advantage.
  • Tech-ready home office with reliable internet connection and backup power.
