Sales Executive

The Company Philippines is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Makati team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting people, building smart systems, and driving business growth through strong relationships and well-run processes. You’ll work directly with founders, professionals, and global teams—helping them find the right solutions, spaces, and services to grow their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

  • Connect with business leaders and match them with the right solutions

  • Track and optimize key sales metrics (messages, leads, conversions)

  • Deliver excellent service and follow-through on client expectations

  • Manage documents, contracts, and CRM updates

  • Improve sales processes as you go—streamlining, evaluating, and adjusting for impact

  • Support marketing and community teams with insights and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organized, proactive, and process-driven

  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

  • Confident presenting solutions and managing client concerns

  • Basic Canva skills for sales decks and collaterals

  • Bonus: Some experience in contract or document handling

Is this an on-site position?

Yes. This role is on-site and based at our Makati branch. You’ll be working closely with the team and our community from the office during regular business hours.

What’s the interview process like?
