The Company Philippines Rebrands to Zero-Ten Park Philippines
Zero-Ten Park Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City; CEO: Jiro Enomoto), which operates The Company Philippines, a network of coworking and community spaces established in Cebu in 2017 with branches in IT Park and Mandaue, and has since expanded to Makati (2025), announces the rebranding of its Philippine operations from “The Company Philippines” to “Zero-Ten Park Philippines,” effective November 4, 2025.
This rebranding aligns the Philippine locations with the global Zero-Ten Park network, headquartered in Fukuoka, Japan, and marks a strategic step toward strengthening the group’s international identity and advancing its mission of creating workspaces that help people grow “from Zero to Ten.”
The rebranding will involve an updated corporate logo, facility names, and brand identity, reflecting the evolving purpose of the company: to create spaces where innovation, creativity, and collaboration meet.
✨ WHY THE REBRAND MATTERS✨
Since opening its first location in Cebu, Philippines in 2017, The Company has grown into a leading workspace and community brand with branches in Cebu Mandaue, Cebu IT Park, and Makati City.
The brand’s philosophy—“creating more work links”—has fostered strong communities of startups, freelancers, creatives, and multinational teams. However, as the company’s reach has expanded globally, several challenges and opportunities emerged:
- “The Company” as a name is generic and lacks global distinctiveness.
- A stronger connection to the Zero-Ten Park Group is essential to highlight its Japanese roots and shared values of growth and innovation.
- Unified global branding supports the goal of expansion and enhances international recognition.
To address these, the Philippine operations will fully transition under the Zero-Ten Park brand, joining other international branches under a single, globally consistent identity.
FROM ZERO TO TEN: THE ZERO-TEN PARK MINDSET
In Japan, “ゼロテン (zeroten)” literally means “zero points.” Traditionally, it’s a failing score, but for us, it represents something much deeper: a fresh start.
At Zero-Ten Park, we embrace ゼロテン as the starting line, the raw, unfiltered stage of creation where ideas, people, and possibilities begin. It’s about going from nothing to something, from potential to performance, from Zero → Ten.
The addition of “Park” serves to immediately brand the physical space as an open, accessible, and inclusive community hub, much like a public park. This suggests an environment dedicated to relaxation, social interaction, and diverse activities, standing in deliberate contrast to a traditional, rigid corporate office.
Essentially, the name perfectly encapsulates our dual promise: a mindset for limitless potential (ZeroTen) and a physical space for meaningful community and collaboration (Park). This is the philosophy that drives our rebrand: to build hubs where creatives, makers, founders, and thinkers feel empowered to start from zero and achieve ten, with a powerful network supporting every step.
