Technically yes — but it carries significant legal risk. Philippine labour law takes misclassification seriously. If the working relationship resembles employment (regular hours, direct management, exclusive engagement), the worker may be considered a de facto employee regardless of your contract. EOR is the compliant, legally protected path.
The standard fee covers employee onboarding, legal employment contracts, payroll computation and processing, tax filing, government statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and full HR support including employee relations and dispute handling.
