We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist

One of our members is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist who can provide excellent support & establish positive rapport to the business partners and workers using their system.Key tasks will include catering emails and chats within their helpdesk software conforming with their company’s processes, procedures, productivity, quality and timeframe benchmarks, updating online worker profiles (within our software system) if necessary, and general business administration support.

Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and a methodical, systematic approach to your work (essential)
  • Resourceful and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a helpdesk specialist or customer service representative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Great team player and ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent computing skills (including Excel, Word)
  • Excellent database administration skills
  • Experience with a variety of customised software applications
  • Clear and accurate communication (must have reliable, quality internet connection when working from home.) 
  • Understanding of Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry preferred
  • Willingness to work Night Shift (9:00pm-6:00am) & to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) is preferred
