How we work with you

Service ethos & dispute handling

ZTP's service standard is responsive, factual and transparent. These are the principles our team applies every day — and how we resolve the issues that occasionally come up.

Zero-Ten Park EOR client service and support

Responsive by default

Every client has a named point of contact. Requests are acknowledged promptly and tracked to resolution, with realistic timelines set up front rather than over-promised.

Transparent fund handling

Payroll funding, disbursements and statutory remittances are documented and reconciled. You always know what was funded, paid and remitted — no surprises.

Compliance first

When a request conflicts with Philippine labor law or statutory rules, we say so plainly and propose a compliant alternative — protecting both client and employee.

Employee experience

Employees are treated as our own. Clear contracts, on-time pay and accessible support keep your team engaged and reduce attrition.

Standard dispute resolution path

Common disputes — payroll discrepancies, leave or timekeeping questions, benefit queries — follow a consistent escalation ladder so they're resolved quickly and fairly.

1 · LogIssue raised to the account point of contact and recorded.
2 · ReviewRelevant specialist verifies records, payroll and agreements.
3 · ResolveCorrection or clear explanation provided within the agreed SLA.
4 · EscalateUnresolved items move to account management / compliance.

Internal note: align step timings and escalation thresholds with the current EOR SLA and Client Handbook before publishing.

Day-to-day operations

Operations FAQs

How the EOR runs once your account is live — payroll, benefits, timekeeping and support.

How does the monthly payroll cycle work?
Payroll runs on a fixed recurring schedule. Inputs (timekeeping, adjustments, new hires) are confirmed before the cut-off, the Payroll Specialist processes gross-to-net, and funded payouts are released on the agreed pay dates. Exact cut-off and pay dates are set in your service agreement.
Which statutory benefits and contributions are handled?
SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions, plus BIR withholding tax, are computed, deducted and remitted each cycle. 13th-month pay and applicable statutory leave are administered as part of standard service.
How is funding for payroll managed?
The Accounting Executive issues an invoice covering net pay, statutory costs and the management fee ahead of each cycle. Once funded, payroll and remittances are disbursed and reconciled, with documentation available to the client.
How are timekeeping and leave tracked?
Attendance and approved leave are captured each period and feed directly into payroll. Leave balances and timekeeping records are maintained by the HR & Onboarding Officer and shared with the client as agreed.
Who do we contact for day-to-day issues?
Your Account / Client Success Manager is the single point of contact and routes requests to the right specialist — payroll, HR, compliance or finance — and follows them through to resolution.
How are payroll discrepancies corrected?
Discrepancies follow the standard resolution path: logged with your point of contact, verified against records, then corrected or explained within the agreed SLA. Unresolved items escalate to account management and compliance.
How do we add or remove staff?
Send the request to your account contact. New hires move through contracting, government registration and payroll setup; separations follow lawful offboarding with final pay and clearances. The 20+ volume rate applies once dedicated EOR headcount reaches the threshold.
How is employee data protected?
Employee and payroll data is handled confidentially in line with Philippine data privacy requirements, with access limited to the team members responsible for the engagement.

Internal note: confirm specific cut-off dates, SLA hours and remittance timelines against the EOR SLA and Client Handbook.
