The 16F Mabuhay Tower Sky Lawn
An open-air rooftop event space, good for around 80 guests — for the launch or mixer that shouldn't feel like it's happening inside an office.
Base rate
₱10,000/hour — the highest of our venues, for the only rooftop option.
Extensions
No weekday extensions. Weekend extensions need approval and bill at ₱10,000/hour.
Outsourced equipment
₱500/hour electricity surcharge each for outsourced appliances and outsourced sound systems.
Ingress & egress
30 free minutes each way for loading in and out through the building's cargo elevator.

This is separate from the venue rental above — it's us coordinating everything around your event, so you're not chasing vendors yourself. Think catering, décor, photography, and the other moving pieces, handled by our team.

How booking actually works
These apply to the 6F venue — the Sky Lawn has a few of its own rules, covered above.
Weekend bookings
Add a one-time ₱500 staff fee for support beyond regular working hours.
Overnight bookings
Add a one-time ₱1,000 staff fee for overnight on-site support.
Extending on the day
Allowed if no other booking follows, billed at the standard hourly rate.
Cancelling or rescheduling
100% charged on the day, 80% within 7 days, 50% if it's 8 or more days out.
Decorations & setup
Rearranging tables and adding materials is fine — you cover the cost, and the room goes back to how you found it.
Food & drinks
Food isn't sold on-site, but there's no corkage fee for what you bring. Coffee, tea, and water are free-flowing.

What's the Sky Lawn?

How far in advance should I book?
About 2–3 business days ahead — building security needs your name on the guest list in advance.
Can your team plan and run the whole event, not just provide the venue?
Yes — see Event Organization Services above for flat-fee packages by headcount, charged on top of the venue rental.
Can I bring an outside caterer or vendor?
Yes — let us know when you inquire and we'll confirm what's allowed.
Is the space available after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Weekend bookings add a one-time ₱500 staff fee (₱1,000 at the Sky Lawn).
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. It's 100% of the cost if you cancel the same day, 80% within 7 days, and 50% if you cancel 8 or more days out.
Are food and drinks allowed?
We don't sell food on-site, but there's no corkage fee for anything you bring in, including outside caterers.
