Same-day move-in, the honest version
We'd rather set the right expectations than oversell "today."
Not automatically — it depends on your contract being signed and your initial costs (security deposit, advance rent, and setup cost) being settled the same day. If both of those happen, your office is ready for immediate occupancy. If paperwork or payment need more time, that's completely fine too — we'll work around your timeline.
A valid ID for your signatory, and the funds for your 1 month security deposit, 1 month advance rent, and initial setup cost. We'll also need an accomplished membership form and your signature on the notarized contract of lease. The minimum seat count is 20.
Of course. Visits run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, and there's no obligation to sign on the spot. Same-day move-in is simply what's possible if you're ready to — it's not a requirement.
Once your contract and payment are confirmed, access is provisioned and your furnished office is ready to use — there's no separate fit-out period for the Full Suite Executive Office, since it's already built out and furnished.
