Makati has two room sizes. Cebu IT Park and Cebu Mandaue each have one — built for groups of 10 to 15. All rates are per hour and VAT-exclusive.

Rates are per hour, VAT-exclusive. A 50% reservation fee confirms your booking; the balance is settled based on the quote we send you.

How booking actually works
Weekend bookings
Add a one-time ₱500 staff fee for support beyond regular working hours.
Overnight bookings
Add a one-time ₱1,000 staff fee for overnight on-site support.
Extending on the day
Allowed if no other booking follows, billed at the standard hourly rate.
Cancelling or rescheduling
100% charged on the day, 80% within 7 days, 50% if it's 8 or more days out.
Decorations
Rearranging chairs and adding decorations is fine — you cover the cost, and the room goes back to how you found it.
Food & drinks
Food isn't sold on-site, but there's no corkage fee for what you bring. Coffee, tea, and water are free-flowing.

Meeting rooms — frequently asked
How far in advance should I book a meeting room?
About 2–3 business days ahead is enough time for us to process your guest list, especially at Cebu IT Park where building security needs it in advance.
Can I book on weekends?
Yes — weekend bookings add a one-time ₱500 staff fee for support outside regular hours.
Can I book overnight?
Yes — overnight bookings add a one-time ₱1,000 staff fee.
Can I extend my booking on the day?
Yes, if no other booking follows yours. Extensions are billed at the room's standard hourly rate.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. It's 100% of the cost if you cancel the same day, 80% within 7 days of your date, and 50% if you cancel 8 or more days out.
Are food and drinks allowed?
We don't sell food on-site, but there's no corkage fee for anything you bring in. Coffee, tea, and water are free-flowing for the length of your booking.
Can I rearrange chairs or add decorations?
Yes — you cover any decoration cost, and the room needs to go back to its original layout afterward.
What's the difference between Meeting Room A and B at Makati?
Room A seats 12–15 around a boardroom table. Room B is a smaller, 4-seat huddle room. Cebu IT Park and Cebu Mandaue each have one meeting room, built for 10–15 people.
Can I get a lower rate for a recurring booking?
Submit a proposal through our partnership form (linked below) and our team will review it.

Frabelle Business Center lobby. Bring a valid ID and mention you're a Zero-Ten Park meeting guest.
Proceed to the 11th floor — front desk staff will help you settle in.
Cebu IT Park
Mabuhay Tower Building lobby. Entry needs your name on the guest list submitted in advance.
