Training rooms Philippines-wide tend to be an afterthought — a meeting room with extra chairs squeezed in. Ours are set up on purpose: wireless mics for facilitators who move around, a real projector, and enough floor space that a workshop doesn't feel like a squeeze.

Rates are per hour, VAT-exclusive. A 50% reservation fee confirms your booking; the balance is settled based on the quote we send you.

How booking actually works
Weekend bookings
Add a one-time ₱500 staff fee for support beyond regular working hours.
Overnight bookings
Add a one-time ₱1,000 staff fee for overnight on-site support.
Extending on the day
Allowed if no other booking follows, billed at the standard hourly rate.
Cancelling or rescheduling
100% charged on the day, 80% within 7 days, 50% if it's 8 or more days out.
Decorations & setup
Rearranging tables and adding materials is fine — you cover the cost, and the room goes back to how you found it.
Food & drinks
Food isn't sold on-site, but there's no corkage fee for what you bring. Coffee, tea, and water are free-flowing.

Training rooms — frequently asked
How far in advance should I book a training room?
About 2–3 business days ahead is enough time for us to process your guest list, especially at Cebu IT Park where building security needs it in advance.
How many people does a training room fit?
Around 35 guests, depending on branch and table layout — we'll confirm the exact number once we know your date and setup.
Can I book on weekends?
Yes — weekend bookings add a one-time ₱500 staff fee for support outside regular hours.
Can I book overnight?
Yes — overnight bookings add a one-time ₱1,000 staff fee.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. It's 100% of the cost if you cancel the same day, 80% within 7 days of your date, and 50% if you cancel 8 or more days out.
Are food and drinks allowed?
We don't sell food on-site, but there's no corkage fee for anything you bring in. Coffee, tea, and water are free-flowing for the length of your session.
Can I rearrange the room for my workshop?
Yes — you cover any setup or decoration cost, and the room needs to go back to its original layout afterward.
I need to run something for 40+ people — is that still a training room?
It can be, depending on the branch. If you'd rather we handle logistics end-to-end — catering, décor, photography — see Event Organization Services on our Event Spaces page.
Can I get a lower rate for a recurring booking?
Submit a proposal through our partnership form (linked below) and our team will review it.
