Do I need a license or a registered business to join?
No. The program is open to individuals and companies alike — brokers, recruiters, consultants, virtual assistants, event organizers, and current clients. You don't need a real estate license or a registered company. You just need someone worth introducing.
Can I refer a company that only needs office space or a coworking plan?
Yes — workspace is one of the most popular things our partners refer. If you know a business looking for a private office, an executive office, coworking desks, a virtual office, or a venue for an event, introduce them and you earn as a Workspace Broker. You don't need to wait for a hiring deal.
What kinds of workspace can I refer, and what do I earn?
For private and executive offices, you earn 50% of one month's rent on a 6-month lease, or 100% of one month's rent on a 12-month lease. For coworking, virtual office, and event or activity bookings, you earn 5% of the sale up to ₱15,000, and 8% above it.
Can I refer my own clients, or companies based abroad?
Yes to both. If you already work with a business that needs to hire or needs space in the Philippines, refer them and earn on it. Many of our strongest referrals come from partners with global networks — the company can be based anywhere, as long as they're hiring or setting up here.
What does my client actually pay, and what's included?
Our Employer of Record service is a flat $230 per employee per month — payroll, tax filing, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG compliance, HR documentation, and ongoing monitoring. Workspace is quoted to fit: private and executive offices are priced per the space and term, while coworking, virtual office, and event bookings have set plan rates. Whatever they take, you're always introducing clear, flat pricing with no hidden fees.
My referral wants to start small and add people or desks later. Do I earn on that too?
Your reward is calculated on what the client signs for. If they expand afterward — more hires, more desks, a bigger office — the additional business can be credited to you. Just keep your account manager looped in so it's properly tracked.
What stops someone else from claiming my referral?
We tag every referral to the first partner who introduces the company, from first contact. As long as you introduce them before anyone else does, the referral is yours. If you're unsure whether a company is already in our pipeline, check with your account manager before you make the introduction.
How and when do I get paid, and in what currency?
Workspace and community rewards are released 1–3 business days after your client's initial invoice clears, in pesos. EOR rewards are released at Day 60, quoted in US dollars. Everything goes to the bank account you provide when you onboard.
What happens if a referred employee resigns before the payout date?
EOR rewards are released at Day 60, once the team has completed its first full month. Your reward is calculated on the employees who are active at that point, which keeps things fair for everyone.
Will taxes be deducted from my reward?
Rewards are paid in full, and you're responsible for declaring them as income. We can provide documentation of your payouts on request.
I'm an Advisory Partner — what are the client meetings, and how often?
Your recurring reward is tied to staying involved. That means joining the periodic check-ins we hold with your referred client — typically once a quarter. If you stop attending, the recurring share pauses; rejoin and it resumes.
I want to resell EOR or workspace under my own brand — is there a program for me?
Yes. That's a separate, heavier path: the Zero-Ten Park Business Partner Program, for resellers and channel partners who sell our EOR and workspace as their own and keep the margin. Take a look at the Business Partner Program to see if it fits.
