Full Stack Developer (SQL Focused)

Zero-Ten Park Philippines is looking for a Full Stack Developer (SQL-Focused) to join a growing technology team building software solutions for not-for-profits and small-to-medium businesses. In this role, you’ll help develop and maintain data-driven applications, reporting platforms, integrations, and internal business systems that support real-world operations and decision-making.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex business challenges, optimizing databases, and building software that creates measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across a variety of meaningful projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SQL-driven applications, reporting systems, and business solutions
  • Write, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
  • Build reports, dashboards, and data integrations across multiple systems and platforms
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Support ETL/ELT processes, data migrations, and integration workflows
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and performance-related issues
  • Maintain technical documentation, code repositories, and development standards


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in SQL development or a similar software development role
  • Strong SQL/TSQL development skills
  • Experience with SQL Server, database administration, and performance optimization
  • Experience working with SSRS, SSIS, reporting solutions, and data integration tools
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and database-driven application development
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Git and modern software development practices
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment


Nice To Have

  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerized development environments
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with Redgate SQL Tools
  • Exposure to cloud-based technologies and modern SaaS platforms
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies
