IT Pre-Sales Consultant

Zero-Ten Park Philippines is looking for an IT Pre-Sales Consultant to join a growing international technology team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between sales and technical implementation, helping prospective and existing customers understand, adopt, and maximize the value of industry-leading cybersecurity and SaaS solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement. You’ll work closely with sales teams, partners, and clients, providing guidance, conducting presentations, supporting onboarding activities, and helping organizations make informed technology decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team throughout customer acquisition and implementation projects
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations for prospects and customers
  • Assist customers throughout the onboarding process to ensure successful adoption of services
  • Provide follow-up support and account nurturing activities to maintain exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in technical discussions, proposals, tenders, and solution design activities
  • Assist sales representatives in addressing complex technical questions and requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from pre-sales to implementation
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and partners through professional communication and technical expertise


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or formal education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Technical Consulting, Customer Onboarding, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, SaaS platforms, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build credibility and trust
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment


Nice To Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, email security, or managed security services
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products or cloud-based solutions
  • Exposure to technical sales, solution architecture, or customer success functions
  • Experience responding to RFPs, tenders, or technical proposals
  • Industry certifications related to IT, networking, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity
