Full Stack Developer (Frontend and Middle Tier)

Zero-Ten Park Philippines is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (Frontend & Middle Tier) to join a small and dynamic technology team supporting software solutions for not-for-profit organizations and small-to-medium businesses.

This role focuses on building and maintaining the frontend and middle-tier layers of applications, while working closely with backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, including SaaS solutions, internal business tools, client reports and dashboards, and system integrations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software applications
  • Work across front-end and back-end development using modern technologies
  • Design functional user interfaces, reports, dashboards, and backend integrations
  • Manage and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure and server-side integrations
  • Participate in planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with developers and designers using Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Document code, processes, and technical solutions through knowledge base articles and developer documentation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and research effective, long-term solutions
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance
  • Support and mentor other team members when needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development or a similar role
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor
  • Experience with web application development and front-end design
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Git and modern software development practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Ability to work independently, conduct technical research, and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong interest in learning new technologies and development tools


Nice To Have

  • Experience with PowerShell or Python
  • ORM and Entity Framework Core experience
  • Docker and containerized development
  • Unit testing using XUnit or NUnit
  • IIS Web Server experience
  • Experience with LINQPad and NuGet Package Manager
  • Mobile application development experience
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies
  • Interest in usability and User Experience (UX)
