Inbound Sales & Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Mandaue City, Philippines

Zero-Ten Park Philippines is looking for an Inbound Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team in Mandaue City. In this role, you will support a fast-growing luxury transport service catering to the Australian market by handling customer inquiries, converting bookings, and delivering a premium customer experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, sales-driven, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments. If you enjoy speaking with customers, closing bookings, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication and sales skills
  • Manage end-to-end booking coordination with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide high-quality customer support aligned with a luxury service experience
  • Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain and update booking systems, Google Sheets, and internal tools
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions across communication channels
  • Collaborate with the team via Slack and internal communication platforms


Qualifications

  • Experience in inbound sales, BPO, customer service, or booking coordination roles
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confident in sales conversion and customer engagement
  • Comfortable supporting Australian-based clients (preferred)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Yes. This role is on-site and based at our Mandaue branch. You’ll be working closely with the team and our community from the office.
